We try to ensure all repairs are completed on time and any delays are avoided. Unfortunatley some delays are unavoidable due to outside sources. Should delays occur we will keep you updated along the way & try to resolve the issues as quick as possible.
At FoneFix we understand not everyone is IT literate and many people began using electronical devices late in life. Due to this our technicians are trained to explain, guide & demonstrate how things work at your pace! Should you need any guidence before, during or after your repair/ purchase then one of our technicians will be more than happy to help.

How do we provide excellent customer satisfaction?
We aim to have all repairs completed on time. We believe any promises for delivery of repairs or products are kept and the customer is made aware of the time frame upfront.
All our staff are trained to deal with people of all ages and ability, so do not worry – whatever question you have please feel free to ask us. We will never dismiss or criticise any of our customers questions.
At FoneFix all customers will be treated professionally, which means the use of competence or skill expected of the technician.
Due to the nature of our work many people will not know whether repairing their device is cost effective or not. Fortunatley at FoneFix we will always be honest and inform you whether it is worth repairing your device before we begin any work, meaning we wont just repair something and you recieve a big bill at the end.

No matter how rare it is – unfortunatley things don’t always go as planned. Should this happen and you are not happy with service or product you have recieved we urge you to inform us of anything you believe we could have handled better.
